  • How can I place my order?+

  • How do I send and receive my images?+

    We have tried our top to arrangement and simple and flexible upload/ download way. So, you can send and receive your images in three simple ways.

    a. Get an absolutely Free FTP account!! from us and start uploading your files. To get your own FTP account, please fill up the contact form or simply E-mail us to [email protected] .
    b. E-mail us your images!!! If the size of your order is less than 20MB.
    c. Use file sharing protocols like : YouSendIt, Wetransfer, Dropbox

    In detail:
    FTP
    Dedicate/Temporary FTP account: If you are known with FTP account (Filezilla), just send apply for a FTP account and we will generate a dedicated FTP account for you within an hour. When a huge figure of files is to be uploaded, FTP server is the ultimate choice. When the client applies for FTP account information, we will Email the FTP Host Name: User Name, Password and other related information. This in sequence is personalized, highly confidential and will be shared between the client and the team only. Thereafter, the filezilla software is downloaded for Windows user, or Fetch Soft works when MAC is used, and then the FTP address, password, and username are entered that are provided in the email.

    You may send your images by email if it is only a few numbers of images. And, with your email add-on grant limit (generally 20MB). File Sharing Protocols

  • Do you have any facility for free/sample trial job?+
    Sure, you may give us 1 or 3 sample file for checking our work quality. You may upload your sample file to us via email, FTP, & website free trial form etc. There is also some alternative way to upload your free trail to us www.wetransfer.com, Dropbox.
  • What about quotation?+
    Normally, the price depends on the image complexity and the bulk amount of your files. You will also happy to know that We are trained to decrease the additional estimate which burdens companies that use main team for Photoshop and Publishing services, our Clipping path quotation starts beginning only $0.50 USD & you will get a discount for your largeness work.
  • What about your quality?+
    Our all of designers and quality controllers are particularly skilled and they are working on the same ground for more than a few years. Exceedingly trained group can improve, renovate and rebuild your image with perfection and mend those gravely injured photographs.
  • What about turnaround time?+
    Usually the Turnaround time depends on the image complexity and the quantity. Our side is 24h alert for your backing and we will confirm you with best class turnaround time. Please inform us which turnaround time you need. Our fundamental turnaround time is 2 hour to 72 hours. For urgent job, just inform us, we will delivery within any turnaround time.
  • What is the payment method?+
    We have several payment options for you. You can pay us using paypal, Bank Transfer, Skrill,2cO.
  • How does PayPal work?+
    PayPal is an online payment system that uses e-mail addresses to identify both sender and recipient. Payments are made from the PayPal account of the purchasing party to the PayPal account of the vendor. Neither party gives out information to the other to enable payment. The following is a description of the payment process:
    The vendor chooses PayPal as payment method for an order and is then directed to the PayPal website. Here the user must identify himself or herself using an e-mail address and password, to confirm payment.
    The amount is then charged to the purchasing party’s PayPal account. The amount is deducted from the purchaser’s PayPal account or charged to the credit card or bank account linked to the PayPal account.
  • I paid for my job using PayPal, but I haven’t received a notification from clipping path family?+
    The most common reason for this is that an eCheck payment has been made through PayPal. Payments using eCheck take 3 to 7 working days to process. Payment of the job will be confirmed the moment we receive the payment in our PayPal account. If you use PayPal, we recommend you do not use eCheck.
  • Can I upload compressed files such as ZIP, winrar or sitx?+
    Yes, it is possible to upload compressed files. Through our FTP account
  • I cannot upload my images using FTP; what should I do?+
    It may be that the login information is incorrect. Please check to see if it has been entered correctly. If the login details are correct.
    To connect to our FTP server, we recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla, Cyberduck or Fetch.

  • Is there a limit to file size?+
    No, there are no limits to file size. You don’t have to pay attention to file size or the number of files being uploaded. However, we recommend you upload large numbers of images in batches so Clipping path family can begin processing while the next batch is uploading.
  • What file formats can I upload?+
    You can send us your images in any file size and any commonly used file format. If there is a problem with a specific format, we will contact you immediately.
  • Is there a discount for large jobs?+
    Price agreements can be made for Clipping path family accounts that upload a large volume of images annually. These accounts must be prepared to commit to a certain image volume. This is settled in a framework agreement. To find out if you qualify, please contact Clipping path family.
